We try to minimise the inconvenience to our current tenants by scheduling viewings in consultation with them. We conduct the viewing for each group.
Having viewed the property and met us, you should let us know whether you are interested in renting the property.

We do not let individual rooms. We are letting a whole property to a group who have decided they wish to live together.We do not accept viewings by individuals seeking to form a group.
If you are overseas, as is often the case for language studies, we are happy to talk to you by phone, WhatsApp, Facetime or Skype, and allow a friend to view on your behalf.
The lease typically starts in June/July. It is a Private Residential Tenancy agreement. A joint lease means that all tenants are jointly and severally liable to meet the obligations of the lease.
A guarantor, resident in the UK, is required for each tenant. The guarantor must be able to provide a satisfactory UK bank reference on request. If you are unable to provide a UK resident guarantor you must discuss the issue with us as there are legal issues which must be fully understood. There are companies which can provide a guarantee for overseas students without a UK guarantor.
Each tenant must provide a bank reference and a student reference on request.
Only after the viewing of the property and meeting you do we make a formal written offer to you. At that time we will provide all the documentation which allows us to seek references.
